The Maxace HEPHAESTUS

Hephaestus, Greek Hephaestus, in Greek mythology, is the God of Fire. This one one hot knife.

Several factors combine to make this knife special, including the large M390 steel blade, a sculpted titanium handle, and incredibly smooth action.

This knife has custom made multi row bearings. These make a huge difference to the action even over the other multi row bearings on the market.

The modified drop point blade is flat ground and opens from a titanium thumb stud or the flipper. Either method of deployment showcases the smooth, efficient custom made  multi-row ceramic ball-bearing system.

The Hephaestus has either a sculpted Titanium handle in Black and gold, Grey and Black, Mokume or Timascus inlaid titanium handle with a tumbled finish on the titanium and highly polished on the inlays. The titanium on both the Mokume and Timascus models is anodized black.

The frame lock has a steel lock insert and over travel stop.
